IMPORTANT: In-person tasting sessions and in-person exam will be indoors. Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test from previous 48 hours required for in-person tasting sessions and in-person exam. Masks will be required during exam.

Best practices will be followed. All surfaces that attendees might touch will be disinfected prior to each class. We will follow state and local guidelines for social distancing and mask wearing. Attendees are also expected to wash or sanitize their hands and stay home if sick. Our ability to hold these classes remains dependent on the guidelines for California/Los Angeles County.
